OUR SERVICES

  • Extensions and second storeys

    Extensions and second storeys

Whether you want to push the back of the house out for open-plan living or add a full second storey for extra bedrooms, we handle everything. We coordinate design, engineering, permits, and construction.

  • Full home renovations

    Full home renovations

Love your location, but need more room? We design and build seamless extensions, from open-plan ground floors to full second storeys. Every project is engineered, council-approved, and built to last.

  • Kitchens

    Kitchens

A properly built kitchen is one of the most-used parts of your home. We manage the full project: layout, cabinet makers, stone benchtops, plumbing, electrical, tiling, and finishing. One point of contact, one team.

  • Bathrooms

    Bathrooms

We strip bathrooms back to the frame and rebuild them properly. That means correct waterproofing, quality fixtures, and finishes that last. All trades coordinated, no chasing required.

  • Structural work

    Structural work

Opening up a wall, installing a steel beam, and enlarging windows require structural work, which requires engineering and council approval. Jodans has been doing this for 30 years. They know what’s safe, what’s required, and how to do it properly.

  • Decks and pergolas

    Decks and pergolas

Outdoor spaces built to last and built to standard. Hardwood or composite decking, pergolas, verandahs, and balustrades, all with proper footings and drainage.

  • Insurance and warranty work

    Insurance and warranty work

Storm, fire, or flood damage. Defective work from a previous builder. We assess, quote, and repair. We work with insurers or provide independent quotes directly.

Modern kitchen with light wood cabinets, a white countertop, a black built-in oven and microwave, a small window with a sink, and a sliding barn door in the back.
